Pilates Body Fitness offers a warm and welcoming environment with high ceilings and an abundance
of natural light. The studio is equipped with a full reformer/trapeze table, 3 half-trapeze/reformers, ladder barrel,
4 chairs, ped-o-pul and more! Group classes are small, giving each student more personal attention and instruction

Pilates body conditioning establishes a dialogue between mind and body, building intelligent
muscle memory. Students of Pilates gain longer, stronger muscles, increased core stability, joint mobility, coordination and
flexibility!
